Bengaluru Licensed pharmaceutical distribution

Healing the world,
one shelfcounterclinicwarddistrict at a time.

Rapha is Hebrew for healing. In practice that looks less like a miracle and more like a van leaving Bengaluru early with the right batch numbers printed on the invoice. Tablets, capsules and oral liquids to pharmacies, clinics and hospitals across Karnataka.

What we carry

Four categories, one invoice, one delivery.

Most pharmacies run three or four suppliers because no single one covers the range. We are built to be the one you call first.

Request a rate list

The full rate list

Item-level rates, pack sizes and current stock position across everything we hold. Tell us roughly what you stock and we will send a list matched to it, rather than a catalogue you have to wade through.

Request the rate list

Tablets & capsules

Strip, blister and bottle packs across the everyday therapeutic categories.

Syrups & suspensions

Standard trade pack sizes, stored to the conditions on the label.

General & everyday range

Over-the-counter and general categories that keep the counter moving between prescriptions — the lines a pharmacy sells every single day and can least afford to be out of.

The whole job

A pharmacist does not remember who quoted two rupees less. They remember who had it in stock on a Sunday evening.

Which is why this business is judged on fill rate, not on the rate card.

Why Rapha

Distribution is a service business, not a product business.

Every distributor in Bengaluru sells the same molecules at close to the same rate. What separates them is whether the stock is there, whether it was stored properly, and whether anyone picks up the phone at 8pm.

Fill rate before price

A rate advantage is worth nothing on an item you do not have. We hold depth on fast movers rather than breadth on paper.

FEFO, not FIFO

Stock is picked first-expiry-first-out, not first-in-first-out. The two are not the same, and the difference lands on your shelf as saleable months.

Batch and expiry on every line

Batch number and expiry print against each item on the invoice. If a recall is issued you can trace it in minutes rather than opening cartons.

One person who knows your account

Not a call centre and not a different voice every time. One person who learns what you order, what you ran out of last month, and what you never touch.

Storage & handling

Four temperature bands, logged.

A medicine held outside its labelled condition is a medicine you cannot sell. Everything we hold sits in the band its label specifies.

2–8 °C

Cold chain

Products labelled 2–8 °C are held refrigerated and packed insulated for transit.

< 25 °C

Air-conditioned

Products labelled to be stored below 25 °C, in a temperature-controlled area.

< 30 °C

Controlled ambient

The bulk of the oral solid range, protected from direct light and moisture.

Held

Quarantine

Damaged, recalled and near-expiry stock segregated so it cannot be picked by mistake.

How an order moves

From our racks to your counter.

Five steps, and a record at every one of them.

  1. 1

    Order placed

Phone, WhatsApp, or the enquiry form on this page.

  2. 2

    Licence verified

A copy of your drug licence goes on file before the first supply.

  3. 3

    Picked FEFO

Nearest expiry leaves first. Batch and expiry recorded as the box is packed.

  4. 4

    Documented

Tax invoice raised, register entries made, e-way bill generated where required.

  5. 5

    Delivered

Signed for, with the invoice and any credit note in the same hand.

Compliance

The paperwork travels with the goods.

Half the risk a pharmacy carries is documentary, not clinical. What arrives with your consignment is what an inspector will ask to see.

  • Drug licence copy on fileCollected once at onboarding, refreshed on renewal.

Trade FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask first.

If yours is not here, the enquiry form below reaches a person.

What do you need before my first order?

A copy of your valid drug licence, your GST registration, and the firm's billing and delivery details. We keep the licence copy on file and refresh it at renewal. Nothing ships before that is complete.

How much shelf life will I get on dispatch?

Stock is picked first-expiry-first-out, so the oldest saleable batch leaves first. Most lines leave with the large majority of their shelf life intact. Where a batch is closer to expiry than usual, we say so before it is packed and let you decide — it is never sent quietly and discovered later.

Do you accept expiry returns?

Expiry returns follow the manufacturer's own policy, which varies by principal, so we confirm the position on the specific item before you send anything back. Goods must be in original packaging with the invoice reference. Approved returns are settled by credit note.

Can you supply Schedule H1 products?

To buyers holding the appropriate licence, yes, and the required register entries are made at our end as well as yours. Schedule X items sit outside this arrangement and are handled separately.

How is cold chain handled in transit?

Cold-chain items are packed insulated with coolant and routed to stay inside their hold time. If a delivery window cannot be met within the validated hold time, we hold the consignment rather than send it and hope.

What are your delivery and credit terms?

Orders confirmed during working hours go out on the next dispatch. Credit terms are agreed when the account is opened rather than renegotiated order by order, so you know where you stand before you place the first one.
